Senior Officer - Stores

Responsilbilities-

• proficient in SAP MM Module
• knowledge of WMS
• knowledge of dipatch & packing operations
• maintain proper receiving storage and issuance of raw materials, consumables and finished goods
• ensure GRN posting and verification in SAP MM
• monitor stock levels and mantain minimum-maximum inventory levels
• conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP records
• timely disposal of scrap as per process
• ensure proper tagging, labeling and storage of materials as per category
• conduct periodic internal audit
• inventory monitoring and control
• follow 5S and safety standards in store and dispatch areas
• coordinate with auditors during stock audits
• knowledge of domestic and export documentation
• team handling and coaching
