Primary Responsibilities

Drive various projects to improve desired operational efficiency and technological upgradation.

Key Result Areas

Strategic and planning

• Developing strategy for implementation of various cost savings & efficiency improvement projects by driving lean manufacturing, Kaizen & value stream mapping.

Core Functional

• Prepare CAPEX for identified projects and ensure the compliance as per the plan.
• Cycle time estimation & reduction through VSM analysis line balancing, poka yoka
• Implementation of IIoT (Industry 4.0) in the Plant
• Reducing processes wastage by doing first time right, JIT production and implementing TQM practices.

Internal Processes

• Enhancing Equipment & Process performance to achieve better product quality thru various tools & techniques.
• Coordinating operational and business excellence certification audits
• Ensure compliance to daily kaizen meetings.

Educational and Experience Requirements

B.Tech / BE-Mechanical/Industrial Engineering having 7+ years of relevant experience
