  1. Office Management
  • Overseeing the complete upkeep, including minor repairs and maintenance, housekeeping within the Plant premises.
  • Ensure timely payment of utility services such as electricity, water charges, office telephones etc.

2. Liasoning & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure legal and statutory compliance required for factories as per the various applicable acts. Co-ordination and liaison with various government officials and institutions like municipal council, gram panchayat, Labour Office, DISH etc.

3. Contract labor management.

  • Coordinating with various contractors for timely and sufficient supply of contractors and ensure timely renewal of contracts.
  • Ensure maintenance of statutory records under the contract labor act.
  • Ensure payment of minimum wages to contract labor and timely revision of minimum wages as per government notifications.

4. Communication system management

  • Ensure smooth installation and maintenance of communication facilities landlines, mobiles (voice &data), etc within factory premises.
  • Ensure timely payments related to various communication systems.

5. New projects and estate management

  • Propose and execute renovation/ new projects for old/ upcoming company property in line with estimated budgets and ensure cost saving in activities through new approaches.
  • Maintain and upkeep of company/ leased flats.
  • Maintenance and upkeep of property related documents/ approved plans etc and updation of the status of company property with relevant records.
  • Ensure payment of property tax for companys flats guest houses, factory building, N/A tax for company land on or before date.

6. Budget administration and cost control

  • Prepare and maintain administration budget and keep track and control on expenses on budget vs actual.

7. Vehicle management.

  • Managing company vehicle pool including maintenance.
  • 9. Guest house management
  • Ensure upkeep of guest house including timely maintenance, housekeeping, provision of amenities etc.
  • Management of guest house staff.
  • 10.Cafeteria management
  • Appointment of appropriate contractor and timely review
  • Revision of canteen charges as and when required.
  • Ensure the quality of Food is intact and active contribution in canteen committee.

11.Upkeep of garden.

  • Development and maintenance of garden in factory premises
