Job Objective
Configure and create software programs (PLC and User Interface) for the projects using Master codes and GMP/ GAMP and Company validation and test standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full, for production machines as per Sales Order.
Primary responsibilities

Functional
Core:
1. Configure PLC and User Interface software (SCADA or HMI) codes from master P & ID or Flow chart, FS and release the same for customer software V1.00 or higher, as per customer Sales Order.
2. Create PLC and User Interface software (SCADA or HMI) codes for additional requirements from the customer scope by using ACGE company software guidelines for software level 1 modules and level 2 & 3 machine function design.
3. Create, test, release and document the IIOT Tag list and Interface function.
4. Create and deliver the content (screen shots) to the documentation team for the machine documentation, including operation manuals and validation documents
Create, hand over and store software backups for the customers projects as machine live cycle traceability.
6. Execute and document the disaster & recovery process for PLC, SCADA, HMI, VFDs and servo systems.
7. Testing and recording the software ITR results before releasing to production. (Using simulation software)
8. Execute the machine I/O testing
Internal process
1. Impart training to QA on new machines functions and special customer solutions.
2. Supporting QA to execute machine integration test results (ITR) before factory acceptance test (FAT)
3. Provide information related to software and machine functions to support the Leader of Design and Integration.
4. Release Software updates for the retrofit business to support leader of the hardware engineering.
5. Providing feedback process to the master software team.
