Regional Sales Manager – South (Track & Trace Solutions, Pharma SAAS and Vision Solutions)

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of Track & Trace, Vision Solutions, and related offerings in the pharmaceutical sector.
- Achieving annual sales targets of ₹10 Crore + through strategic planning and execution.
- Build and manage relationships with key accounts
- Hunt for new logos
- Acquiring competitor accounts
- Payment collections and maintaining healthy cash flow (DSO)
- Conduct field visits (approximately 70% travel) to pharmaceutical companies across South India.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Key Requirements
- Must be based in Hyderabad.
- Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Optics, or related fields.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry solutions.
- MBA is an added advantage.
- Strong pharmaceutical industry network, especially with mid-to-senior management in South India.
- Relationships with Pharma Companies
- Proven track record in sales of ₹10 Cr+ annually, preferably in:
- Track & Trace projects
- Vision systems
- Secondary pharma packaging machinery
- Software solutions
- Fluent in Telugu and English (other languages a plus).
- Must own a vehicle and be open to extensive field travel.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
