Regional Sales Manager – South (Track & Trace Solutions, Pharma SAAS and Vision Solutions)

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales of Track & Trace, Vision Solutions, and related offerings in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Achieving annual sales targets of ₹10 Crore + through strategic planning and execution.
  • Build and manage relationships with key accounts
  • Hunt for new logos
  • Acquiring competitor accounts
  • Payment collections and maintaining healthy cash flow (DSO)
  • Conduct field visits (approximately 70% travel) to pharmaceutical companies across South India.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records and updates in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).

Key Requirements

  • Must be based in Hyderabad.
  • Engineering degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Optics, or related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, preferably in pharmaceutical industry solutions.
  • MBA is an added advantage.
  • Strong pharmaceutical industry network, especially with mid-to-senior management in South India.
  • Relationships with Pharma Companies
  • Proven track record in sales of ₹10 Cr+ annually, preferably in:
  • Track & Trace projects
  • Vision systems
  • Secondary pharma packaging machinery
  • Software solutions
  • Fluent in Telugu and English (other languages a plus).
  • Must own a vehicle and be open to extensive field travel.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
