Engineer Continuous Improvement Cell, Operations, Pam Talegaon, ACG Engineering

1. Job Objective: 

• Support deployment of Lean, 6S, and Kaizen across manufacturing operations.
• Assist in process optimization and productivity improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to cost reduction and operational efficiency projects.
• Drive quality improvement by reducing process variation and waste.
• Develop, standardize, and implement Digital SOPs and best practices.
• Support Digital Twin, Industry 4.0, and Factory of the Future initiatives.
• Analyze operational data to identify improvement opportunities and eliminate non-value-added activities.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence goals.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and employee engagement.
• Enhance knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing, GMP, regulatory compliance, and sustainable manufacturing practices.
• Support the Strategic Operational Excellence goals by executing Kaizen and Lean initiatives, driving continuous improvement, eliminating waste, optimizing processes, improving productivity and quality, and promoting a culture of operational excellence through data-driven problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
