Job Title: Engineer Hardware – Automation & Controls

Department: Automation & Controls

Reports to: Head Automation & Controsl

Summary: Executing Automation design, and simulation for controls system as per Master reference and Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines. Responsibilities: • Generation of EPLAN Hardware project. include part list export from EPLAN incl. Teamcenter/ERP/SAP part number generation. • Support to machine integration team for executing electrical wiring activity in machine. • Support Lead design by driving the internal meetings, verification of process inputs, deliver URS deviation list and Change control process, Validation & QA Process. • Supporting Retrofit and spare part business for hardware. • Electrical Hardware component and instrument selection for Schematic design. • Work Experience in design and development of control systems for Pharma machine.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree Electrical / Electronics.

Experience: • 4 to 6 years of experience - Work Experience in Hardware design, Panel design with EPlan software. • Hands on experience in Panel design, EPLAN software, Electrical Hardware selection and Schematic design. • PLC & SCADA programming knowledge. • Work Experience in design and development of control systems for Pharma machines. • Experience in QA & validation.
