Summary: Responsible for monitoring connected machines from Smart Connected (IIOT) platform, analysing & identifying abnormal behaviours, and driving issue resolution through assigning Service Tickets & monitoring KPIs.

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Understand the functioning & major assemblies of the machines onboarded on IIOT platform.
  • Responsible for the configuring modules on IIOT Platform
  • Responsible for the creating alerts on IIOT Platform for monitoring critical events on the machines
  • Responsible for regular monitoring of machine dashboards & KPIs.
  • Utilise analytical tools like PowerBI, MS Excel to derive insights.
  • Analyse the reports, graphs & alerts from platform to identify abnormal behaviour on the machines.
  • Create & assign Service Tickets to regional Service SPOC to attend the abnormality observed.
  • Prepare weekly reports on observations, actions taken & status updates.
  • Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and customer feedback.
  • Track improvement in KPIs and support in preparing Use Cases.
  • Regularly sharing reports with customers
  • Provide feedback to improve usability of the IIOT platform.

  • Adherence to business rules and regulations, ACGE guidelines, ISO, Rules/regulations, etc.
  • Integrate customer feedback with our existing business process and contribute to CA/PA.
  • Adherence to confidentiality agreement

People development

  • Cross Knowledge sharing with internal team members

  • Train regionals service engineers

 

Key Result Areas

  • Response time to critical observations
  • Quality of observations & insights captured from the platform.
  • Impact of Service Tickets on Machine KPIs.
  • Revenue generated per service ticket.

Requirements:

  • Diploma/B.Tech (Mechanical/Electronics/Electrical)
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in Data Analysis or Operational Excellence
  • Experience in creating documents like progress trackers, reports, case studies, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Travel Flexibility – up to 15% travel to ACG/Customer plants.
