  1. Job Objective

 

Develop and implement daily & weekly operation plans Sub-assembly section to maximise the use of the organisation’s resources and meet established production schedules, volume, cost.

  1. Primary responsibilities

 

Strategic and planning

  • Develop daily & weekly production plan for sub-assembly in line with monthly plan,

 

Functional

Core

  • Carry out assembly activities according to planned dispatch dates for format parts & sub-assembly,
  • Execute daily planned activities.

 

Internal process

  • Execute the monthly assembly operation as per monthly plan. 
  • Planning of Shift schedules, resource allocation.
  • Tracking of plan Vs Actual for the OTDIF.  
  • Skill level mapping & Identified the need of training for the associates for multiskilling.
  • Identification of flow stopper & Improvement plan
  • Execute actions as decided in ECN meeting.
  • Monitoring of the OLR & analysis with the help of QC.
  • Hardware management & procurement
  • Publish the shift reports on timely basis.
  • WIP control
  • Production order confirmation in the SAP
  • Continuous monitoring of WIP & control over the inventory.
  • Monitoring of the losses & improvement action plan
