Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

• Support the Manufacturing Head in achieving organization strategy.
• Micro and Macro Planning of the Manufacturing Process for HSM machine.
• Cascade Quality standards and policies to the plant level

Functional

Core

• Micro and Macro Planning of machine to achieve the Planned dispatches on time.
• Resource Planning
• Liaison with internal customers
• CAPA implementation
• Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality and process issues using various Problem-solving tools like failure mode effect analysis (FMEA), 7 QC tools, etc.
• Ensuring process optimization by implementation of Lean, Six Sigma & TQM principles.

Key Result Areas

• Establish and lead Manufacturing Projects related to HSM.
• Plan, Monitor and execute the Manufacturing Process to achieve Organization goals.

Fulfil Customer requirements by standardizing the process of Manufacturing to achieve FTR.

Key Interfaces

• Develop and Streamline the Manufacturing Process
•  Development of QMS in plant
•  Customer complaint analysis and CAPA 
•  Resource Planning, optimization and utilization
