Senior Engineer - Panel Fabrication & Machine Integration

Job Objective-

Drive panel fabrication & machine integration work for hardware controls systems as per Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

Primary responsibilities-

Strategic and planning:
2 Monitoring & managing the function related activities which includes panel fabrication, machine installation & integration.
Functional
Core:
3 Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to
4 Project timelines from PPC
5 Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer& Field feedback and CAPA
6 Accountable for Creating control panel, assembly & machine wiring for control panels
7 Accountable for the Execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function)
8 Release ITR test protocols to hand over to QA for Product testing.

9 Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP
10 Support Lead Design & Integration at the units for Validation & QA Process
11 Adherence to business rules related to project execution defined by company standards

12 Develop team on Company Standards & Global Standards, Global Standards IS, IEC ; CE, UL.
13 Company Standards & Guidelines & Tool platform.
14 ACGE Standard Automation Platform for Hardware and Software
