  1. Job Objective

To operate and maintain the process equipment to get the maximum output from machines with minimum wastage and to adhere to GMP compliance.

  1. Primary responsibilities

Functional

Core

  • To keep machinery Clean for production processes. Prepare the appropriate solutions for cleaning. Prepare all parts and assure that they are clean as per SOPs to maintain GMP.
  • Managing processes and operations for all machineries, prepare batches in accordance with BMR, Ensure that products are processed and prepared by following standards of BMR &  SOPs to avoid deviation or errors in the production process and also to improve and maintain product efficiency.
  • Handling of Raw Material/Packing Material of goods whether they are materials in the front end (i.e. raw materials), intermediate, or back end (i.e. finished products). Count goods and store them for the following production activities. Ensure that all raw material items received are of good quality and a proper quantity. Ensure that the same type of food items are stored together to maintain product quality.
  • Apply regulations regarding manufacture of GMP compliance. Employ procedures based on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) as per SOPs to maintain product quality.
  • Follow production schedule considering all requirements, times and needs.  Utilize all the information in the actual implementation of the plan as per production plan to improve and maintain production efficiency.
  • Keep workspaces and equipment free from dirt, infection, and disease by removing waste, trash and providing for appropriate cleaning as per SOPs to maintain GMP.
  • To carry out Preventive maintenance, machine cleaning, inspection, and lubrication as per SOPs and preventive check-list to improve machine efficiency.
