Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
To support business in building Talent pipeline by hiring talent. Managing the performance with appraisal cycles and managing rewards platform.

Create a strong Talent pipeline for business(globally) by strategic acquisition of talent
Support the HR Operations team in further developing talent acquisition processes.
Handling related audits independently
To maintain TA dashboards, MIS & TA Index
Manage onboarding cycle.
Manage the Rewards platform, query resolution and analysis.
Working collaboratively with the Corporate HR and the Business to implement various new initiatives towards Institution building and branding.
Imparting training on PMS to all associates for effective and efficient use of online platform.
Complete administration of Goal setting, Midterm and Final Appraisal on online platform.
Responsible for Goal analysis, appraisal analysis & MAPS audit
Assisting associates for their queries and concerns related to PMS process.
Managing PIP by identifying eligible candidates and monitoring their progress.
Internal Processes
Participate in various customer’s audit.
Creating and monitoring budget related to Talent Acquisition, Rewards.
Monitor and strengthen TA Index for business
Provide support to COE & Nova Nordeplast, TAFC for above mentioned process related implementation and monitoring.

Timely completion of Goals, Mid-term & Annual Appraisal & ensure process adherence.
Customer Effort Score.
Delivering new initiatives as per the timelines toward institutional building.
