Primary Responsibilities

Independently lead the entire store and material management function.

Manage inward and outward material flow efficiently and in a timely manner.

Ensure timely and accurate GRN (Goods Receipt Note) generation.

Maintain proper documentation, stock registers, and compliance as per audit standards.

Operate and manage SAP/MM Module or any other ERP software for store operations.

Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Liaise with Plant Head, HODs, Finance Head, and other key stakeholders for smooth operations.

Prepare periodic reports on material status, shortages, overstocking, aging, etc.

Monitor inventory accuracy and minimize material loss, pilferage, and damages.
