Primary Responsibilities

Collaborate with Spares Sales teams and customers to ensure technical clarity, accurate scoping, and alignment of requirements for various engineering solutions. Lead and manage cross-functional team resources by effectively prioritizing tasks, planning workloads, and ensuring timely and high-quality execution of projects. Responsible for handling a wide range of customer enquiries, including spare parts, machine relocation, retrofit container solutions, machine upgrades, and duct washing services. Oversee project documentation, cost estimation, and coordination with internal departments such as design, service, and procurement to drive seamless execution. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all activities while continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements, cost savings, and enhanced customer satisfaction. Provide regular updates to stakeholders and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and technical support.

Key Result Areas

Customer Enquiry Management

• Timely and accurate response to customer enquiries related to spares, machine shifting, retrofits, upgrades, and duct washing.

• Maintain high customer satisfaction and resolution rate within defined SLAs.

Project Planning and Execution

• Effective planning, scheduling, and execution of technical tasks and projects.

• Ensure on-time delivery of services with adherence to cost and quality benchmarks.

Team Leadership and Resource Management

• Efficient allocation and utilization of team resources based on project priorities.

• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

Technical Coordination and Clarity

• Collaborate with Spares Sales, service, and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment with customer requirements.

• Minimize rework and errors by ensuring clarity in scope and deliverables.
