  • Single handedly managing the finances of Shirwal plant operations.
  • Periodic review of financial position with the Plant Head and HODs and draw out measures for cost effectiveness.
  • Preparing of monthly MIS report for Management and ad-hoc reports.
  • Driving the Cost Reduction / Cost optimization / finance awareness sessions at Plant.
  • Co-ordinating budget preparation across plant and assisting central team with analysis
  • Managing statutory / internal compliance audits.
  • Assisting central finance team, at organisation level, in various financial reporting and analysis
  • Set up accounting processes and SOP in full compliance with group policies.
  • Support operations, sales and other stakeholders for smooth functioning.
