Primary Responsibilities

Support the Vertical Head in Planning and execution to achieve departmental objectives.
Micro and Macro Planning of the Manufacturing Process
Cascade and maintain Quality standards and policies.

Micro and Macro Planning of Production to achieve the OTDIF.
Resource Planning for optimum utilization of manpower
Liaison with internal customers
CAPA implementation
Troubleshoot manufacturing, quality and process challenges.
Ensuring process optimization by implementation of Lean, Six Sigma & TQM

Key Result Areas

To implement and sustain Good Manufacturing Process Like 6’s, Kaizen
Adherence of QMS in plant
Customer complaint analysis and CAPA
