1. Job Objective-

Responsible for creating Automation Programs by following company guidelines and international Standards to create and release a standard ACGE PLC; VFD, Servo platform for the ACGE products portfolio.

1. Primary responsibilities-

   Functional Core:

   1. Responsible for Control Architecture design, Panel design and PLC/ HMI/ SCADA software programming as per requirement.
   2. Responsible for appropriate SW and HW selection with respect to Automation and Control system (PLC, VFD, Servo drive, IOs, SIS IOs, Safety PLC etc.)
   3. Responsible for design, creation and testing of PLC Level 1 modules software code; in order to release Product code PLC level 1 modules.
   4. Responsible for design, creation and testing of Servo drive, in order to release Product code for Servo drive & PLC level 1 modules.
   5. Responsible for design, creation and testing of VFD , in order to release Product code & VFD setting via PLC level 1 modules.
   6. Responsible for design and creation of product code PLC Level 2 & 3; Servo , VFD and interfaces in order to release Product code PLC, Servo , VFD and Interfaces for the ACGE machine portfolio

1. 7. Responsible for creation of content for Master IIOT tag list from PLC tag addresses & release & publish Master IIOT Tag list
   8. Evaluation and introduction of hardware and software solutions for IT system security for the connection of ACG system controls to a customer network or data storage in the customer network
   9. Responsible for the creation and testing of program code for master PLC, VFD, Servo drive.
   10. Responsible for the confirmation of standard Text blocks content for the navigation and operation of UI Software Platforms.
   11. Responsible for synchronized Master care for testing, releasing and version control for PLC, VFD, Servo Drive software codes in synchronization with UI software with HMI and SCADA Software
   12. Responsible for authoring, updating SOPs, Automation software company standards and ensure awareness by conducting training sessions.
   13. Coordinate with controls system (PLC & SCADA) vendors for developing technical solutions for ACG.
   14. Drive knowledge sharing of GAMP5, Validation and 21CFR Part-11 regulations & requirements.

Internal process

1. 15. Responsible for creation of ITR test scenario for PLC, VFD & Servo drive software along with Design and simulation lead to release tested software in synchronization with HMI and SCADA
   16. Co-ordinate with Master, Operation and NPD teams for the change control process to meet the delivery requirements.
   17. Responsible for working closely with Masters team to support in resolving technical queries and writing master PLC code

People development

1. 18. • Attending the identified training needs and delivering results.
       • Drive Systems & Standards software team, with close monitoring and review.
       • Resolve workplace problem in the area of expertise.
