Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning
•    Develop daily & weekly production plan for machined parts of PAM-K machines, PAM-K SA, Format part assembly & ICS / Turret Assembly in line with monthly plan,
Functional
Core
•    Carry out monthly capacity planning & production planning for all machines.  Accordingly work out planned dispatch dates for machined parts and make daily follow up to ensure dispatches are made as per PDC.
•    Analyse PRs and release as per demand. Analyse non-moving stock and decide course of actions for salvaging.
Internal process
•    Run Z report and release daily PRs to SCM & production orders to machine shop,
•    Publish blank shortage report on timely basis,
•    Follow up with purchase for inward of timely material as per planned dates,
•    Follow up with product team for timely part availability of machined parts as per planned dates,
•    Support production team, quality & plating shop in deciding daily priorities,
•    Work with stores for timely material dispatch as per committed dates,
•    Work closely with production team to meet daily output,
•    Publish updated production planning file, capacity planning file, blank tracker etc on daily basis. 
•    Consolidate challenges reported on production line and take review with cross function teams on daily basis,
•    Participate in weekly ECN meeting & ensure actions as decided in ECN meeting are executed in timely manner

Key Result Areas

• Sales revenue of respective product line,
• OTDIF,
• Inventory levels,
• Number of quality issues on account of ECN,
• On time MRP run,
