Engineer Design & Integration - A&C

Summary: Develop and implement project design sources and project simulation software for the controls system as per Master reference according to ACG Company standards, in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 1. Create project design sources from Sales scope, Project URSs and URS deviation list.
   2. Create Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) or flow chart based on Customer approved Sales Order scope
   3. Create and release project Functional Specification (FS), Inputs/ Outputs (I/O) and ITR document including customer specific scope.
   4. Conducting and reporting the Software Integration test with simulation software before FAT in order to report Integration Test Results (ITR) for software.
   5. Support and release control system content to the validation team for Hardware Design Specification (HDS) and Software Design Specification (SDS) and hand over to QA
   6. Verification of content for IIOT list from EPLAN content to release process for IIOT tag list.
   7. Supporting QA for the execution of ITR and FAT
   8. Execution of change control process for customer project in the automation department
   9. Execute Support to service department during Installation and Commissioning (I & C) and start up.
   10. Support Software engineering team to create, test & release (version control) project Software (PLC, & SCADA & IIOT Interface and IIOT Tag list)
   11. Support and coordinate to service team for Installation and Commissioning automation related errors
   12. Process the Change Request form Project Management, Service department, customer & Field feedback and initiate CAPA
   13. Coordination with the master software team to receive the updated master versions to use it with the customer projects.

Requirements:

• BE in Electrical/ Electronics/Instrumentation
• 6 to 8 years of experience in Software design 
• Profiency in Zenon Software is must
• Testing & validation experience with 21 CFR part11 knowledge is must
