Engineer - Application Engineering

Job Objective-

• Preparation of drawings 3D/2D using SolidEdge software as per project plan.
• Preparation of 3D/2D Detail engineering of machine parts and accessories like AHU, Mill, Blenders, Bin, LD, FB, HSM, Coaters, Bin Washing, SILO, Lab Machines etc as per scope of supply.
• Implementation of 3D and 2D drawings as per defined workflows in TeamCenter PLM.

Primary responsibilities -

• Responsible for preparing customized 3D and 2D detail drawings of machine and accessories according to Sales Order Scope.
• Execute plan for design releases, reviewing status of plan with team, implement production and service feedback in designs, providing innovative solutions for customised requirements, ensuring safe designs,
• Working on standardisation, non-moving inventory reduction and gross margin improvement projects.

Internal process – Corrective action and preventive action (CAPA), Bill of materials (BOM), Engineering change note (ECN), Design change request (DCR), IFAT/CFAT points.

Level of Education -

Diploma with 5+ years of experience – Mechanical
