Engineer - Application Engineering

Job Objective

1. To support all customer sales orders for Fluid Bed product portfolio.
2. To support all customer complaints.
3. To make improvements in existing design and report Kaizen

Primary responsibilities

1. Study the scope of supply for the SO and prepare the 3D modelling of the machine as per required configuration.
2. Prepare all the 2D detail drawings for the project.
3. Release all the drawing for manufacturing.
4. Collborate with manufacturing and QC team to address any doubts which they may have on released drawings.
5. Maintain all the data in TeamCentre PLM.
6. Generate partcodes in SAP ERP with all related technical informations, GAD attached to the TeamCenter Partcode template.
7. Focus and report Kaizens.
8. Support customer complaints with necessary data as and when required.
