• Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC, & CNC Machine
• To take ownership of the projects till their closure
• To make proper documents with all information for the operator.
• Resolve all programming-related queries from the shopfloor.

Strategic and planning

• Ready to take on new challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.
• Share lessons learnt from the task /projects with the team.
• Planning machining strategies to optimise machine utilisation, tool life & part cycle time.

Functional

Core:

• Generate NC Programs for Milling Parts for VMC, HMC & CNC Machine.
• Simulation of G-code program in Vericut/NC simul simulation software
• Knowledge of the machining process
• Ready to take on new challenges to develop CNC programming through Mastercam for various requirements.
• Experience of proofing parts in a CNC machine
• Able to read G & M code.
• 5S, ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 basic knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Mastercam Automation for improvement, reducing programming time.
