Primary Responsibilities

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Human Resources:
•    Directly responsible for overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the Human Resources, Payroll and Benefits function.
•    Administers human resource policies, program, and practices, including planning, organizing, developing, implementing, and directing.
•    Partnering in the execution of the Performance Management Cycle (Goal Setting, Mid-term review, the annual review)
•    Partners with employees and management to communicate various Human Resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, and government regulations.
•    Responds to employee relation issues.
•    Represents the company for unemployment claims.
•    Supports in Talent Acquisition and managing candidate pipeline within the geographies

Payroll  
•    Analyzes, prepares, and inputs payroll data, and ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
•    Compile payroll data such as garnishments, vacation time, insurance, and 401(k) deductions
•    Poll the electronic time clock and review the downloaded information for completeness and accuracy.
•    Process the bi-weekly transfer of payroll data to the PEO partner (Currently Insperity)
•    Maintain vacation accrual program.
Other Responsibilities:
•    Create and execute Onboarding program for new hires.
•    Maintain employee personnel file with all the required documents.
•    Plan and organize employee engagement activities.
•    Hunt and partner with placement consultants and headhunters for all the vacant position
•    Co-ordinate with PEO partner “Insperity” to administrator employee benefits program for such as life, medical, dental accident, disability
•    Ensure the enrollment and registration of new hire for all the required benefits on Insperity portal.
 

 

Educational and Experience Requirements

  • Preferred Industries - Pharma /FMCG/Manufacturing.
  • Prior full-time work exp of at least 5 years in Human Resources Management
  • Prior experience of managing HR function in factory environment preferred.
  • Preferred locations:   Philadelphia/Delaware or surrounding locations.
  • Should be comfortable to travel to Piscataway/Whipanny office once a week.
