We have an opportunity in Vantage Nutrition LLP.

 To upkeep utilities and be responsible for upkeepment of utility and process equipment in Vantage Unit 1 and Unit 2 . Duties mainly involve preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, utility operations, statutory compliance, calibration of instruments and spare parts management.

1. • Preventive & Periodic Maintenance:
     Ensure proper planning and execution of preventive and periodic maintenance activities to minimize equipment downtime. Prepare and maintain a comprehensive list of machinery and equipment requiring preventive care. Execute maintenance schedules to ensure smooth and tripping-free machine operation.
   • Breakdown Maintenance Management:
     Attend to and analyze breakdowns promptly. Identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and apply preventive measures. Manage breakdowns efficiently using SOPs to reduce downtime and maintain operational continuity.
   • Troubleshooting & Utility Maintenance:
     Oversee mechanical and electrical troubleshooting for all plant utilities and production machines. Address recurring issues by consulting experts from ACPL, PAM, and APT. Ensure that all equipment remains in optimal working condition.
   • Automation Project Handling:
     Lead and support automation projects aimed at reducing manual intervention and improving operational efficiency. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for implementation, integration, and commissioning of automation systems. Ensure proper validation and training for automated setups.
   • Handling Other Projects:
     Drive and manage various plant-level improvement and expansion projects, including infrastructure upgrades, energy optimization, and capacity enhancement. Monitor project timelines, resource planning, budgeting, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
   • Calibration & Equipment Validation:
     Plan and execute internal and external calibration schedules. Ensure inspection and quality verification of spares and production equipment received from suppliers. Coordinate with certified agencies for instrument validation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
   • Audit & Compliance Execution:
     Execute GMP, ISO, FSSC, KOSHER, Halal, customer audits, and internal audit requirements. Ensure adherence to statutory and safety compliances by following scheduled programs and organizational standards.
   • Spare Parts Planning & Management:
     Prepare spare parts plans based on preventive and reactive maintenance schedules and historical data. Coordinate availability and procurement of critical spares to ensure zero breakdowns and uninterrupted operations at both Vantage and Soma plants.

2. • Prepares and takes up necessary on the job training for new associates arranges periodic tests for their up gradation as per guidelines from HR and Admin department and assesses the on the job performance of associates after training this will helps in improving the operators, engineers, supervisors technical knowledge as well as working efficiency.

Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
