Primary Responsibilities
Core
• Monitor & Review Dispatch Plan Vs Dipping schedule on weekly basis in order to achieve monthly Dispatch Targets.
• To Ensure dispatch plan of next two day is circulated to Shopfloor & QA team for further readiness.
• Daily meeting & review with team & Shopfloor supervisor for order status planned for Dispatch.
• Review resources planning to ensure Dispatch continuity.
• Any new requirement regarding dispatch to be informed to team so that it is implemented correctly to ensure customer satisfaction.
• To ensure AC Vans & Container are provided with necessary documents before they are released from factory premises in order to avoid detention in transit.
• To ensure proper & necessary information regarding dispatch orders is given to concern CSR /Sales.
• Monitor and review CAPA implementation in order to avoid repeat customer complaint in coordination with Quality
• Monitor and review cGMP (GMP,GDP) practices in order to follow regulatory compliances.
• Weekly meeting with Transporters in view with further requirements & vehicle planning to ensure dispatch continuity.
• Weekly audit on Temperature graph & Bills submitted by transporters in order to ensure proper SOP is followed.
• To ensure weekly Sales Hold is discussed & informed to Sales for timely clearance & to keep control on inventory levels.
• Inventory Aging report to be shared with HOD & Finance.
• Ensure zero non-compliances in Internal and External audits for Business continuity
• The incumbent will be accountable to provide required services to internal and external customers.
• Be hands on job with a positive thinking in the job area.
• Ensure is abreast with recent development on the compliance front
• Communicate and drive the message within the export documentation team and other relevant stake holders.
• Previous experience in EXIM dept of any midsize or MMC.
• Working acquittance on Hands on Pre-Shipment to Post Shipment management of Export Documentation.
• Export Rewards POE and MEIS
• Awareness with Tariff and Non-Tariff documents.
• Compliance under RBI MOC and other regulatory bodies.
• Processing of Vendor invoices / Comm payments.
• ECGC and Pharma ceil body compliance.
