We have an opportunity for Executive Assistant to CEO & Commissioner  .

 

  1. Job Objective

 

The Executive Assistant to the CEO & Commissioner will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to ensure the smooth functioning of the office of the CEO & Commissioner. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion in handling confidential information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

 

 

  1. Primary responsibilities

Executive Support

  • Manage and coordinate the CEO & Commissioner’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Prioritize and handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and meeting requests.
  • Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, briefing notes, and other business documents.
  • Maintain accurate records, files, and documentation.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Serve as a key point of contact between the CEO & Commissioner and internal as well as external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communication with partners, clients, governing bodies, and senior leadership teams.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of action items arising from meetings and discussions.

 

Meeting & Event Coordination

Organize board meetings, leadership meetings, reviews, and stakeholder engagements.

  • Prepare meeting materials, capture minutes, and track action points.
  • Support the planning and execution of strategic events, conferences, and official engagements.

 

Operational & Strategic Support

  • Assist in tracking strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
  • Conduct research, gather information, and prepare summaries to support decision-making.
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure timely follow-up on key deliverables.
  • Support special projects and cross-functional initiatives as assigned.

 

Administrative Management

  • Handle travel arrangements, expense management, and reimbursement processes.
  • Coordinate office administration requirements related to the CEO & Commissioner’s office.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in managing sensitive information
