Job Objective

Maintain business coordination, build rapport with customers and collaborate with Sales Manager to deliver customer requirements (for US region)

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning
•    Monitor end to end supply chain of products to ensure customer satisfaction.
Core Functional
•    Error free Order booking with Warehouse and Transporters within 1-2 days from the date of clear PO and instructurions from Sales.
•    Planning of material dispatch and transportation to customers and slitting partners.
•    Coordinating and arranging the documentation post supply of the material 
Logistics 
•    To keep track of the containers when they arrive. Update the reports regularly. 
•    Coordinate with Warehouse for the clearance of material, and the  documentation pertaining to it. 
•    Coordinate the booking of orders in the system of warehouse and plan the delivery of the material to the individual customers based on the required time lines. 
•    Highlight discuss with internal team on any issues related to shipping and documentation and clear the same on priority. 
•    Timely dispatch of material from warehouse/ slitter to customers  and documentation along with it. 

Follow up on receivables and prepare weekly report.

Maintaining report for side cut inventory and circulate.

Reconcile of inventory at warehouse and sliter location.

Regular interaction with existing customers and review their demand and follow ups for new orders.

 

Internal Process
•    Provide information to Sales Managers regarding sales quantity, Dispatch schedule. 
•    Ensure timely documentation for shipments from ACG NA to customer.

Educational and Experience Requirements

Graduate with 3-6 years of work experience. The incumbent has to work as per the US timings (6.00 PM to 3.00 AM)
