Primary Responsibilities

•    Project Planning & Execution:
o    Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that align with business objectives.
o    Develop detailed project plans and timelines.
o    Manage cross-functional teams including R&D, regulatory, manufacturing, quality assurance, marketing, and supply chain.
o    Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
•    Stakeholder Management:
o    Act as the main point of contact for internal teams.
o    Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines.
o    Conduct regular project meetings to update stakeholders on project status.
•    Budget & Resource Management:
o    Manage project budgets, ensuring that costs are controlled and projects are delivered within financial constraints.
o    Allocate resources effectively, making adjustments as project needs evolve.
•    Risk Management:
o    Identify potential project risks (e.g., supply chain disruptions, regulatory delays) and develop mitigation strategies.
o    Ensure all project deliverables meet regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
