A. Lead – Lead Panel fabrication & Machine Integration

B.    Job Objective- 

Drive panel fabrication & machine integration work for hardware controls systems as per Global regulatory and ACG Company standards in-order to achieve on time delivery in full for production machines.

C.    Primary responsibilities- 

Strategic and planning:
•    Monitoring & Managing the function related activities which includes panel fabrication, machine installation & integration.

Functional
Core:
1.    Supporting Automation & Controls Head in verification of process inputs for the Automation department in order to 
    Project timelines from PPC 
    Change Request form Project Management Service department; customer& Field feedback and CAPA
2    Creating control panel, assembly & machine wiring for control panels 
3    Execution of machine functions tests with wired control panel (I/O tests, machine settings and function) 
    Release ITR test protocols to hand over to QA for Product testing.

Internal process
4    Co-ordinate with Lead Hardware engineering for purchasing to be able to generate SOB from EPLAN to team centre ERP
5    Adherence to business rules related to project execution defined by company standards
6    Awareness of ISO 50001:2018 Energy Management Systems (EnMS)

7    Global Standards IS, IEC ; CE, UL. 
8    Company Standards & Guidelines & Tool platform.
9    ACGE Standard Automation Platform for Hardware and Software

G.    Educational and Experience Requirements

Minimum Requirement 
•    BE in Mechatronics
•    12 to 16 years of experience

Desired 
•    Hands on experience in Panel fabrication & machine installation, Electrical hardware and Schematic design
•    Panel design and fabrication
•    Work Experience in design and development of control systems for Pharma machines
