Primary Responsibilities
• Integration & On-boarding Practices: establish best-in-class Integration & On-boarding practices across the globe encompassing standard ACG practices and further improvised practices catering to the requirements of the ACG Capsules business globally. Overseeing the excellence in execution of the same. Driving changes and process improvements.
• Learning & Development: establish best-in-class L&D practices across the globe encompassing standard ACG practices and further improvised practices catering to the requirements of the ACG Capsules business globally. Overseeing the excellence in execution of the same. Driving changes and process improvements. Initiating and implementing new L&D interventions, especially those which have an Org. wide impact and/or are of Strategic importance. This would encompass majorly Technical training.
• Engagement: establish best-in-class Engagement practices across the globe encompassing standard ACG practices and further improvised practices catering to the requirements of the ACG Capsules business globally. Overseeing the excellence in execution of the same. Driving changes and process improvements. Initiating and implementing new Engagement interventions, especially those which have an Org. wide impact and those focussed on getting ACG into the GPTW top 100 list in the near future. This area of work would also encompass but not limited to our joy @ work initiatives (SPARKLE).
• HR Strategy: This role contributes to the successful execution of the long-term HR Strategy coupled with creating the HR Functional Scorecard (FSC) and ensuring all it’s deliverables are met on a timely basis.
• Associate Experience - Critical touch points: identifying the critical touch points, and conceptualizing and ensuring execution of the Associate Experience strategy from an HR & Admin. standpoint cutting across all people processes. This is to ensure that HR is creating the right associate experience at critical touch points in the associate life cycle.
• Wellness: establish best-in-class Wellness practices across the globe encompassing standard ACG Wellness philosophy and practices and further improvised practices catering to the requirements of the ACG Capsules business globally.
• Dashboards, Reports: ensure all dashboards and reports get published & circulated by the Capsules COE team as per agreed timelines.
• Capability building & providing subject matter expertise: the role would ensure capability building and provide the necessary subject matter expertise to all HR Heads, Leads, and as and when required leaders across ACG on different people processes and the areas covered above.
• Acquiring, enhancing and ensuring efficacy of Digital Systems: this role will work closely with the Corporate COEs and the Digital team in ensuring that all digital system requirements (new and existing improvements) of ACG Capsules are met.
• White papers, awards: ideating, conceptualizing, creating and publishing white papers for all our key initiatives. Participating for prestigious awards and giving it our best shot.
