A.    Job Objective
Preparation, review and control of Master Documentation for respective business unit machine. 

B.    Primary responsibilities
Strategic and planning 
Planning for executing on-time delivery , review and control of Master care documents. 
Participate/Contribute in continuous improvement of Master care Documentation 
Functional 
Core 
Creation, Updation & Release of Masters Documents 
Change Controls with change records for technical Documentation. 
Responsible for timely, accurate and efficient preparation and management of documents 
Maintaining Instrumentation and Electronics Data management along with updation of pneumatics & P&ID diagrams. 
Defining Life cycle of Documents from digitizing hard copy of documents to Soft Version. 
    Oversee documents/record keeping systems for storage, tracking and retrieval of information and materials. 
Archive or dispose records where applicable with the approval of higher authority in compliance with policies and procedures. 
Create and maintain a master list consisting of all controlled documents. 
Maintain active register for distribution / usage of controlled documents. 

Internal process: 
Lead for CAPA action on CFT feedback 
People development 
Drive and maintain Customer Centric culture within ACGE Master care documentation teams to fulfill desired customer’s need 
Support team members to fulfil their job responsibilities 

C.    Key Result Areas 
    On-time preparation/configuration of Master Care documentation of Machines, SPPs and SPMs.  
    Identify and Preparation of Master Documents in order to facilitate AE teams to use the documentation as reference for generating customized documents related to each project. 
Self-review of the Master Documentation to ensure accuracy of documents. 
    To work closely with sales and calibrate the inputs for Feature list generation with Sales text and Price list. 
    Control the Master BOMs and Master features with control as per authority matrix defined. 
    Review rating provided by the customer on customer feedback form (QA), plan for continuous improvement and execute improvement actions.

D.    Key Interfaces

AE , Assembly & Control teams (to receive the Engineering inputs & to review master documentation)   
After Market teams (to receive site feedback and to align documentation with After-Market requirements)  
    Controls and QA team (for validation of Master documentation)
