Job Objective

Define, Measure, Monitor, Control and Standardize the Stores Activities.

Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning

•    Ensuring on time delivery on assembly line, shortage communication to concern department.
•    Monthly stock take.

•    All the Warehouse activities i.e. creating warehouse location, improvements, controlling activities in system as well as physical.
•    Maintaining FIFO & Control on self-life parts.
•    Helping in preparing audits data i.e. ISO
•    Inventory- Monthly stock taking.
Internal process
•    Monitor and control the material receipt and issues.
•    Rejection material sent back to vendor.
•    Ensure Kaizen activity and 5S at work place.
•    Proper storage & Preservation of the material.
•    Material issue to production based on MRN physical and system.

•    Preparing Inward Material list and Handover the same to IQA team for Inspection.
•    Generating Delivery challans (Returnable, Non-returnable, subcontracting, Rejection)
•    Timely invoices handover to finance for billing purpose.

People development
•    Training provided to subordinates for SAP and MS Office.
•    Training towards awareness of 5 S and Safety

Key Result Areas

•    Monthly GRN report and Vendor report preparation.
•    Knowledge of SAP: Knowledge of MM module in SAP & other store related activities.

Exp 2 to 3yrs
