We have an opportunity in ACG Capsules for Assistant – Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Central.

  1. Job Objective
  • The prime objective of this role is to execute and manage Container Booking, Airline Booking,  Pre shipment to Post shipment export documentation for all out bound shipments by ocean / air / road from plants in India.
  • The person will have to get soaked in all its execution role while dealing with the company appoint logistics service provider, transporters, freight forwarders et.
  • He or she must ensure that all the compliance under the umbrella of the RBI/ EIA and any statutory body is complied.
  1. Primary responsibilities
  • The incumbent will be accountable to provide required services to internal and external customers.
  • Be hands on job with a positive thinking in the job area.
  • Ensure is abreast with recent development on the compliance front.
  • Communicate and drive the message within the export documentation team and other relevant stake holders.
  • Previous experience in EXIM dept of any midsize or MMC.
  • Working acquittance on Hands on Pre-Shipment to Post Shipment management of Export Documentation.
  • Export Rewards POE and MEIS, RoDTEP
  • Awareness of Tariff and Non-Tariff documents.
  • Compliance under RBI MOC and other regulatory bodies.
  • Processing of Vendor invoices / Comm payments.
  • ECGC and Pharma ceil body compliance.

****Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.
