Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning
Support HOD to achieve organisational NPD launch plan
Develop internal Project plan in-line with NPD-Launch Plan
Create Executable Micro-plan for NPD Projects
 

Functional 
 Core- 
Responsible for checking and releasing of correct drawings for the NPD Project.
Responsible for managing the complete prototype project by coordinating with CFT

Internal process
NPD Stage Gate process
Teamcenter Implementation in NPD projects
Follow design manual guidelines as per ISO 9001/14000

People development
Identify self-learning needs and complete activities and trainings as per IDP (Individual development plan)
Contribute towards development of direct reports, provide adequate exposure to team members

Key Result Areas

•    BOM/Design errors
•    Timely achievement of Milestones as per NPD Gate Process
•    Compliance to Safety standards
•    Compliance to Design Quality Standards (Standard procedures)

Key Interfaces

•    BTech or BE in Mechanical engineering

•    4-7 years of experience
