• Implement that all process parameters are in place for Reaction (Checking process parameters, temperature and pressure control), Viscosity control, recovery system, Incineration system, By product generation)
• Checks and ensures that the Process, Viscosity, Recovery, Incineration norms are maintained whenever there is variation in above parameters
• Continuous monitoring for process parameters and take corrective actions in cases of deviation.
• Daily Production Report generation and communication for performance (productivity etc.) to support HOD/In charge for decision making.
• Ensure all the necessary Material for the shift is available.
• Production handover and takeover
• Ensure all the time shop floor should be auditable all the times from GMP and regulatory point of view. (100% audit compliance)
• Ensure Trainings of SOP, Safety, cGMP and ensure effectiveness of it.

Ensure adherence to change controls, deviations, incident reporting etc.
