Primary Responsibilities
Planning & execute capacity expansion and other improvement projects in the facility - Regarding Instruments & Control
- Coordinate with external & internal SMEs or consultants for designing systems, wherever required
- Support other user functions in execution of their departmental projects
- Ensure execution of size change/ pin bar change activities within the specified time frame to meet the manufacturing requirements.
- Plan and execute innovative projects in various fields based on advanced technologies for synchronization of process/utility by automation, productivity increase and energy conservation.
- Assist QA in carrying out validation (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ) of all engineering equipment and process.
- Ensure implementation of various energy saving projects to achieve budgeted ECR
- Monitor, plan and execute energy cost reduction activities to achieve budgeted energy cost
- Ensure cost optimization in improvement projects with vendor development
- Ensure reduction in R&M cost
