- Lead in-plant electrical maintenance activities to meet uninterrupted power supply
- Plan, prepare & execute various maintenance as per schedule (in coordination with user departments) to ensure smooth functioning of electrical equipment and machineries
- Plan and execute innovative projects to ensure energy conservation to meet the approved energy budget
- Ensure uninterrupted Power supply in HT/LT area by coordinating with State Transmission & Distribution Board
- Conduct condition monitoring of electrical equipment and carry out predictive/preventive maintenance by utilizing equipment/machine downtime
- Analyse parameters from available log books and data and accordingly prioritize actions for mitigation plan
- Conduct root cause analysis for repeated failures and implement CAPA
- Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-time
- Adhere to electrical safety guidelines at all times
- Plan, execute and ensure adherence to project tracker/planner for various improvement projects as per budget and schedule
- Coordinate with consultants/internal SMEs for designing systems wherever required
- Support other user functions in execution of their departmental projects
- Prepare electrical maintenance schedule
- Execute maintenance as per schedule in coordination with user department, and ensure adherence to SOP and electrical safety guidelines
- Ensure availability of critical spares in ready to use condition to maintain plant up-time
- Ensure proper documentation, update records and history cards
- Analyze repeated failures and implement CAPA
- Qualification - ITI Fitter and 2-4 Years of Exp Required
