Primary Responsibilities

Strategic and planning
•    To identify errors or opportunities and inform to responsible for corrective and preventive actions in order to avoid issues with our products;
•    To monitor IQC reports and give contributions for improvements in our process and decrease variability in our products
•    To give confidence of approval of products: dimensional, colour and defects / attributes
•    To give assurance of results plotted regularly
Functional
•    To do internal daily audits, following SOPs in order to give proper feedback for Production area
•    To do Challenge test
•    To operate SAP
•    To support with Complaints investigation
•    To know, follow and communicate ACG do Brasil politics. 
People development
•    Training to plant associates related to Good Manufacture Practices, Capsules process and ACG do Brasil products, including Gelatin, HCM, PFC and IQC activities, focused on quality.
•    Training on equipment registers, logbooks, checklists.
•    To give proper feedback
 

Key Result Areas

To assure quality of capsules manufactured by ACG do Brasil throught regular dimensional, attribute, moisture and average weight analysis.
