  • Plan and execute individual & organisation’s developmental and engagement needs to build capability of associates and align the learning agenda to overall organisation strategy
  1. Primary responsibilities

Strategic and planning

Functional

Core:-

Learning & Development

  • Prepare L&D budget for the Financial year
  • Training need identification for Management and Plant associates as per applicable matrix and competency framework
  • Preparation of training calendar based on identified IDP's and Organization wide training requirements
  • Execution of training as per plan in coordination with HODs, external vendors and internal SMEs
  • Measuring & ensuring effectiveness of training as applicable
  • Plan and execute any strengthening activity for department/Unit as per organization requirement
  • Support various OD Interventions.
  • Ensure L&D compliance as per the approved SOP
  • Handling Internal/ External/ Customer/Regulatory Audits as per business requirements

 

Talent Management

  • Support in the process of identification of TM pool
  • Facilitate IDP & Career conversations on a timely basis
  • Plan & execute Functional & Unit OTR
  • IDP execution and measuring effectiveness of learning needs of the TM pool

Employee Engagement

  • Prepare Associate Engagement budget
  • Preparation of yearly Engagement calendar and execution of calendar as per plan
  • Execution of Associate Engagement Survey
  • Cascading of Engagement Survey Outcome & prepare the subsequent action plan in collaboration with respective functional/departmental heads
  • Maintain connect with associates through role specific critical touchpoints.
  • Ensure implementation of HR and PULSE Connect Sessions as per plan

 

Rewards and Recognition

 

  • Driving R&R Systems as per ACG R&R framework.

 

 

Internal process :-

  • Regularly updating and maintaining trackers and documents as per L&D SOP’s.
  • Upload training data on LMS.
  • Processing L&D, Employee engagement bills/ invoices
