  1. Job Objective

People Management

  1. Primary responsibilities
  1. Strategic Planning Activities:

Core

 

             1.     Achieve budgeted production.

* Planning of production, dispatches, quality & cost.

* Monitor & review daily resort load and ensure clearance of the same within 3 days.

* Monitor online camera operations.

* Ensure minimum rejection in line

* Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of camera machines.

2.    Achieve planned growth (capacity optimization, new products).

  • Forecast capabilities, cost manpower needs.
  • Identify strategies and projects to implement.
  • Monitor, review, control & report.
  • Optimize resource utilization

3)    Set benchmarks to meet customer expectation in order to achieve customer delight, loyalty.

  • Maintain and improve the quality as a continuous process
  • Analysis the customer complaint and take corrective action to prevent it
  • Monitor review and re-plan

4)    Continually develop organizational health through good sustained systems and managing practices.

  • Monitor c-GMP, ISO, FDA, TPM, 5S, internal audits and other such systems effectively.
  • Provide appropriate training to the operators.
  • Provide facilities, resources and support for adherence.
  • Liaise with external authorities periodically.
  • Initiate facilities, resources, and support for adherence

5)   Ensure cost effective use of resources.

  • Inventory controls through `Kanban’ JIT.
  • Reduction in RM, PM, WIP & finished goods stock.
  • Energy saving initiatives and reduction of wastage.

6)   People Management:

  • Optimum utilization of human resources in the department.
  • Provide suitable training inputs to subordinates from time to time.
  • Maintain discipline in the department.
  • Providing timely feedback for appropriate management decision.
