Assistant -Shift Supervisor IQC, Aurangabad, ACG Capsules

• Ensure process control and adherence to practices on the shop floor through periodic checks.
• Online product testing and release.
• Compliance to customer requirement.
• Ensure Compliance by adhering to GDP.
• Ensuring product compliance with respect to established specification and SOP.
• Ontime testing and release of product to ensure smooth dispatch and OTDIF.

Functional

• Review deviations related to IQC
• Investigation/Review of OOS (Out of Specification).
• Ensure adherence to calibration and preventive maintenance program for all IQC instruments
• Review periodically IQC documents to ensure compliance as per GDP
• Resolve customer queries related to IQC by ensuring proper analysis and investigation of the supplied product
• Conduct routine internal audits for conformance to SOP's/ Rules for keepings systems in place
• Monitor effective CAPA implementation at shop floor to satisfy customer requirements
• Provide support in customer and regulatory audits to Plant QA
• Review and publish routine Trend analysis (IQC reports)
• Ensure validation activities as per protocol
• Thorough investigation of  received customer complaints & recording the same with documentation.
• Material return analysis and submitting report to QA.
• Free sample analysis as per SOP.
• Manpower and IQC activity optimization.
• Internal failure investigation and submitting report to QA.
• Customer specific requirement communication to production and quality team.

Internal process

• Prepare and submit monthly IQC reports to Plant Quality Head

People development

• Training and development of site IQC, plant & management associates to ensure correct functioning of activities as per SOPs
• Evaluate effectiveness of trainings by conducting pre/post tests
