• Expertise in analysing the requirements of Production and accordingly ordering Raw materials, Chemicals, Consumables, Metals, Fasteners, Bought outs, Electrical spares, Cables and packaging items for smooth operations.
• Expertise in costing and negotiations for various production requirements.
• SAP MM module/SAP HANNA Expertise for all purchase transactions.
• Proactive approach in initializing and accomplishing the tasks through working independently or as part of a team.
• Managing overall purchase activities, budgeting, material planning and sourcing of materials.
• Procurement of the materials based on costing with detail cost break up.

      •   Expertise in Procurement of Electrical items

      •   Expertise in Procurement of Mechanical Items like All types of Pneumatic Cylinders, Spares & fittings, Air Compressor & Air Compressor spares, All types of Bearings, All kinds of Belts & Industrial Chains, Sprockets, Hose Clips etc.

•         All kinds of Tooling Items like Cutting tools & tackles like Cutting wheel, Grinding wheel.

•         All kinds of Measuring Instruments like Dial Gauge, Vernier Calliper, Micrometre, Pressure Gauge, Rotameter, etc.

•         Expertise in Procurement of various stationary items, regular consumable and Safety items.

• Generate Requirements out of MRP and convert them into Purchase Orders
• Maintain re-order level (ROL) and safety stocks for all plants in a half yearly basis and apply necessary correction in order to optimize inventory
• Handle rejections and returns to suppliers within the defined Period
• Ensure higher Capex and Indents procurement in alignment with Group SCM team
• Ensure coordination with cross functional team in order to ensure timely delivery of required stocks (RM, PM, Engineering spares, bought out products etc.)
• Transport arrangements, Clearing of Transportation bills
