 Strategic and planning

  • Support HOD in preparing the A&C execution plan as per the project priority list, Active contribution in contract review meetings, monitoring & tracking the execution as per the plan, raising timely alarms to address the challenges in time to achieve FTR, OTDIF
  • Support A&C and Business Unit leadership in implementing strategy towards regulatory compliance (CE/UL/NR12/21CFR) and NPD

Functional

  • Ensuring Design and development of Control system and Automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI)
  • Ensuring BOM freezing and support to design control panel (EPLAN, Electrical Design)
  • Ensuring Index sheet preparation and communication to the respective department
  • Drive standardization and support master development, testing
  • Contribute towards New Product Development to SciTech/ external agency by providing design inputs and Validation support.
  • Ensure Assembly, planning, and Software development of machines to meet OTDIF
  • Follow the GAMP5 approach for project execution, with proper understanding of V-model of validation
  • Ensuring FAT support and Implementing FAT points as per customer requirement
  • Ensure Customization of control system and software to meet customer-specific requirements.
  • Ensure Customer support as and when required during installation and commissioning and CAPA
  • Ensuring Certification of machines to meet International regulatory Standards (CE/UL/NR12/21CFR)
  • Feasibility study, design and work suitable solution by developing software and hardware and customizing control system for customer-specific requirements.
  • Capture learning from each new product and process and horizontal deploy
  • Identification of improvement opportunities in terms of cost, additional features, and user-friendliness.
  • Maintaining master codes, design, and documents with proper change & version control
  • Follow proper change and version control for customer projects
  • Follow defined A&C standards and focus on delivering quality by proper testing of newly added features in the logic or for custom development

Internal process

  • Ensuring preparation of electrical & automation documents to fulfil documentation requirements of machines (Like PLC validation and manuals)
  • Ensure Study of URS and compliance
  • Ensure Functional testing of m/c software (PLC and SCADA)
  • Ensure proper Change control & Version control to maintain History of Machine files (Back-ups)
  • Extend Customer support during Installation and commissioning
  • Inventory Control by proper planning
  • Material follow-up with the supply chain.
  • Ensure to attend QA points.

People development

  • Develop teams’ technical and behavioral competencies required for Automation Projects
  • Development of people skills in understanding systems
