Primary Responsibilities
Strategic and planning
Ensure quality and cost-effective services is being provided by monitoring cost and expenses in line with business plan.
Ensure world class facilities are being maintained in line with cGMP requirements.
Core Functional
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes.
Ensure world class housekeeping and pest control services are maintained in the facility as per cGMP standards.
Provide healthy and hygienic cafeteria services.
Ensure smooth transport services for internal and external customers.
Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate business operations.
Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material as per business requirements.
Monitor administrative overheads cost as per business plan.
Internal Processes
Timely bill submission and follow up for vendor payment.
Ensure records are maintained for all the assets.
Prepare annual budget as per the timeline.
Track budget vs actual expenses on monthly basis and submit MIS report periodically.
Adherence to the documentation with respect to various certifications.
Ensure timely renewal of all contract/agreements of admin vendors.
Ensure to complete Purchase order related process in coordination with SCM
