• Audits at manufacturing locations to be done for key customers.
• Focus on archetype 3 & archetype 4 customers.

People development

• Conducting training programs on site for operators with regards to trouble shooting on the machines, explain the AQL & AOQL norms which should be signed off after the training

Key Result Areas

This role will be responsible for complaint handling and providing routine technical support to customers products and processes. To provide customer information / data to sales on business development.
